Tell us about yourself and where you’re from.
My name is Himanshu and I am from India.

What do you like most about living and studying in New York City?
The best thing about living in NYC is the easy commute. Also one can easily find his or her ethnic food. NYC is the most culturaly diverse city in the world.

Was there any particular reason why you decided to come to New York City to study?
New York City itself is a huge university. NYC is my dream city. New York offers perhaps the widest educational opportunities, that is very hard to find anywhere else in the world.

Tell us why you chose New York English Center?
I was recommended to come and study in NYC. Naturally, like many foreign students, I needed to improve my English before entering into college. So I chose N.Y.E.C.. It offers a variety of English courses and also provides scheduling flexibility.

Do you feel like the courses at New York English Center have helped you? Do you notice any progress in your language skills?
N.Y.E.C.provides a variety of English courses that covers every aspect of the language. I have noticed significant improvement in terms of how I speak & write English since I joined N.Y.E.C..

Tell us an unforgettable moment at New York English Center?
N.Y.E.C.is not all about learning English language. It has also taught me how to deal with culture shock. The field trip to Chinatown was very helpful and also an unforgettable moment at New York English Center.

What would you say to potential students of New York English Center?
I would suggest foreign students like me to come and join New York English Center and take advantage of its ESL program. Advisors at N.Y.E.C. are very helpful to walk you through all the ins and outs of studying at New York English Center.

What are your plans after leaving N.Y.E.C.? Do you plan to continue studying?
After leaving N.Y.E.C. I am planning to attend graduate school for my future career.
